In addition to my previous responsibilities as a Master Data Specialist, which included:- Ensuring the completeness and consistency of master data for Yves Saint Laurent and Garnier Skin products to support our collaborators in creating and distributing products with accurate information.- Providing support to users of COSMO, our primary code creation tool, within key business divisions such as Marketing and S&OP.- Executing targeted checks on critical data, utilizing analytical tools like the DGO Scorecard, BI, and OTIF. These checks are guided by assessments of attribute criticality.I am now also responsible for:- Integrating over 1500 AESOP SKU and its Master Data while developing simple and effective methods for integrating them into L'Oréal's systems, while adhering to the standards and regulations of both entities. - Establish daily communication with AESOP teams in Australia to clarify L'Oréal's standards and regulations, ensuring a follow up on integration .- Enriching Master Data with relevant codes in collaboration with L'Oréal's internal data owners (security, customs, etc.).- Ensuring good quality and consistency of AESOP SKU Master Data using L'Oréal tools (Elixpedia, BI,...).- Managing data flows and network data in Elixpedia and SAP tools to ensure on-time opening deadlines for L'Oréal's international subsidiaries.- Ensuring integration of MIU MIU product SKUs and Master Data into L'Oréal systems while respecting standards and regulations of both entities.
