Marina Grashina is a founder and General Director of PSM Consulting CIS - one of the first companies promoting Project Management methodology onto the Russian market. With almost 20 years of experience in practical Project Management and 15 years of experience in management consulting and development, Marina is a well-know Russian expert in the field recognized internationally. An author of a number of books on the theme in Russian and English, Marina had actively participated in the development of international and Russian standards in the area of Project Management.In the meantime, since 2000 Marina also works as an Executive Director for the Fund for Development of Traditional Culture and as such had been involved in organization of various social and cultural events targeted at promotion and popularization of traditional culture through conferences, festivals, book publishing etc. A vocalist with over 25 years of stage singing experience, Marina had been a creator and leader of a folk-rock group KALENDAR. In 2013, Marina became a founder and General Director of a Moscow-based Club for professional vocal and voice development. For the last 5-7 years, spent much time working on the edge of various fields, including professional management, some basic traditional culture knowledge areas as well as other methodologies supporting personal development and personal efficiency growth, from psychology to the instruments for improvement of voice and speech capabilities.Since 2015, Marina had become a member of Russian Federation Union of Writers.
