- Responsible for e-commerce sales in SG market; managed to achieve 10 - 20% GMV growth MoM ever since joining the company with highest GMV achieved at $30,000 and 400 orders in a month within 8 months
- Streamlined Operations & Logistics processes to manage ever-growing scale with a 2-man team achieving 98% customer satisfaction and 0.03% late orders & cancellation
- Analyzed performances from digital marketing efforts, marketplace ads spend & online campaigns and delivered insights on sales strategy and cost-effective spending for higher management of the company.
- Handled brand website development projects for multiple regions in SEA e.g ID, MY, SG & TH and Shopee Cross-border platform. Contributed 10% of total GMV for Mama's Choice.
- Analyzed website performance via metrics e.g conversion rate, clickthrough rates & average sessions/min; researched on new features to improve performances and worked with development team to implement them as product.
