* Hosted weekly dinners for caucus members with a regular attendance of over 30 legislators. * Primary point of contact between member’s offices and TCCRI’s policy team. Answering questions on TCC’s positions and legislative analysis. Attending meetings with legislators for proposals to be relayed to TCCRI’s policy team.* Served as the internship coordinator for TCCRI’s 2023 Clements Legislative Study Program; overseeing the largest class in the programs history. Hosted CLSP events while coordinating with elected officials to attend as guest speakers.* Developed new software programs via VBA to automate workflows previously done manually. Such an example is the development of an algorithm to read the House and Senate Journals and extract the record votes of each legislator into a single consolidated database.

Served as a primary resource and mentor for colleagues when operating service. Mentored other technical specialists during their ramp-up period.Executed hardware repairs on Apple’s wide variety of serviceable products.

Provided solutions to customers about Apple products either through troubleshooting, checking their device in for hardware service at the Genius Bar.Served as a subject matter expert for product related features, software and hardware components.

* Development of data (legislative bills/policy) tracking systems. * Advised staff members during the creation and implementation of legislation as it moved through the process as well as analyzed and evaluated policy in a variety of areas including healthcare, insurance, energy, data privacy, criminal justice and family issues. * Administrative point of contact for the Speaker in coordination/correspondence with 12+ senior advisors. This required me to manage the flow of elected officials, lobbyists, agency chiefs and other staff members through our office as they met with our team throughout the session. * Conducted meetings with lobbyists to relay proposals/updates regarding legislative initiatives used to advise the Speaker.

Public policy research, opposition research, collection of voter data, community outreach, marketing and branding, social media outreach, and data management. Campaigned to 6000+ homes over a five month period, organizing and attending campaign events, coordinating with volunteers to maximize coverage when operating within the district.

Directed freshman students throughout orientation for administrative preparedness and served as the chief director for operating the flow of hundreds of freshmen at once as they were processed by the identification team. Instructed other team members to create a system that ensured new students received their administrative documentation as fast and efficiently as possible
