Under Stanford Inclusive Design Week:- Coordinated team meetings and bonding exercises to strengthen camaraderie and promote teamwork during brainstorming.- Facilitated logo iteration in design group, incorporating team-wide feedback throughout the process to determine visual language.- Led technical implementation of website coding, ensuring features were accessible to screen readers and people with vision impairment or low vision.

- Designed and iterated on the low-fidelity and medium-fidelity prototypes for the design gallery, modeling all user interactions within it.- Coordinated and facilitated design team meetings to discuss allocation of work in various project areas and provide mentorship and guidance.- Brainstormed and iterated upon multiple design gallery features, such as filtering, design ratings, and displaying feedback, to best convey research questions surrounding learning design in a principled and foundational format.- Led user testing and feedback sessions with various stakeholders to determine usability and effectiveness of the prototype in addressing research questions and synthesized findings through affinity mapping to reveal areas of confusion with terminology and a lack of guidance on how to use the prototype. - Conducted two rounds of pilot testing for the study design, iterating based on feedback from each round. - Composed a design knowledge test meant to assess a participant’s design knowledge and validated questions through t-test analyses between 5 design experts and 11 design novices recruited through Mechanical Turk.

Truly Reimagined Experience internal campaign:- Designed key visual for upcoming Accenture Malaysia project.- Created company-wide needfinding surveys and screeners yielding 163 responses across 14 different Accenture groups.- Assisted in and analyzed 14 employee follow-up interviews to gain insights for office improvement.myTNB app for Tenaga Nasional Berhad:- Established copywriting style and brand tone of voice to inform future communications to customers and app users.- Composed a user testing script & guidelines and recruited participants for individual customer interviews and 2 different focus group testing sessions.- Synthesized areas of improvement and adjustment from user testing results and compiled findings into a slide deck for presentation to client.- Utilized Sketch, ProtoPie, Invision, and other design prototyping tools to execute revisions and learnings from testing sessions.
