Lead and secured the continuous rollout of releases of payment solutions (POS) in over 4,500 H&M stores worldwide. Work included the planning and coordinating all activities needed to secure a successful roll out of H&M’s POS system releases in each country by collaborating with both internal teams and external suppliers. The role demanded flexibility, drive and great communication skills but also the ability to interface with the local organizations across the globe.
