• Modernized dozens of applications from legacy technologies to Angular, Jsvdjjllllllll• Lead all software releases and identified many areas for improvement in efficiency and reliability by leveraging the full set of features offered by the MS TFS/GIT platform, by having the team process changes that had only positive impacts on time to market, improved work item estimates, allowed for more visibility into the team’s daily productivity for myself as well as business sponsors and senior IT management. These process improvements were adopted by all 55 software engineering teams at Raymond James in June 2019.• Manage the team’s fiscal yearly budget of $1.9 million including anywhere from 15 to 25 initiatives planned for each fiscal year. This involved meetings with the business sponsors, providing high level estimate for each initiative, presenting the budget for approval by the RJ executive board. We have come within 3% of our yearly estimate budget during the two years I have managed the EPD team.• Assign, evaluate, and rate direct reports on their yearly performance • Lead the hiring, evaluations, and reduce work force decisions.• As of the last year I have been leading an implementation of a data repository and reporting layer for Quantitative Analysts that includes low & high touch electronic trading data, market data, mixed with Tick data to provide a full data center for our Quants to have the specific views/dimensions of data they use that fit their style of of analysis and report delivery.

Manager of the Raymond James retail Client Onboarding team. • Responsible for managing developer resources for one of the Raymond James IT departments #1 top priority projects between 2016 to 2018. • The system we built added significant user experience and process improvements to clients, advisors, and operations departments by stream lining the client onboarding process by reducing paperwork by replacing the decade old static PDF document needed for each account a client owned with a single, dynamically generated document per client that contained all agreements, such as the Master Client Agreement, where eSignature was used to capture both client and advisor signatures and routed to dozens of Home Office departments involved in setting up clients and accounts. • The Domain Driven Development (DDD) pattern involving cutting edge technologies was used such as Angular, Java, Oracle, process automation frameworks, business rules engine, and many enterprise services on our ESB. • I am extremely proud of my transition from an individual contributor as the software architect of the system to the development team manager consisting of 22 developers (mix of FTEs and contractors) and 6 business analysts. • The composition of the team I managed fluctuated throughout the two years I managed the team. It consisted of 30 to 40 team members directly reporting to me (15-20 developers, 4 to 6 business analysts, and 10 to 15 SQM testers)• Responsible for managing the TFS work items assigned to each team member were implemented on time and within budget. • Managed the backlog of defects and enhancement work items. • Resolved personal conflicts between team members. These conflicts were unfortunate but inevitable with such a large dev team on a very tight time frame working long hours (7 days a week for stretches of months at a time).• Managed the team members by interviewing dozens of candidate to fill openings

Over the ten year period of time as a software architect role transitioned from:1) Alignment with software engineering teams as their dedicated architect. 2) Technology domain alignment where I championed various 3rd party frameworks to design automated and human workflow systems that replaced decade old, archaic manual processes. 3) Lead architect on top priority IT projects for the firm such as Client Onboarding (both of the retail and institutional clients systems), Money Movement (wires, checks, ACHs, and internal journals), eSignature using DocuSign, and Service Center (forms & document management for the firm).
