With a career spanning more than 30 years, as from 1 July 2024, my new role is the Chief Executive Partner of Hall & Wilcox. I am also a well-respected litigator with a solid reputation as a dispute resolution specialist. I am known for my strategic and capable handling of the toughest matters, including regulatory matters and investigations, contract disputes, negligence cases, Royal Commissions, coronial inquests and commissions of inquiry and complex product liability and class action cases. I have advised clients in government and the private sector, and act on behalf of a number of national and overseas clients on large and complex commercial litigation matters. I provide advice to corporate clients on regulatory and competition-law related matters. I represent clients in civil actions and regulatory matters involving ASIC, the ACCC and the ATO, including representing clients in ASIC and ACCC investigations and proceedings. I work on matters underpinned by allegations of misleading and deceptive conduct, unconscionability and restrictive trade practices.From 2012 to 2022, I was the Head of the Commercial Dispute Resolution team at Hall & Wilcox, which is recognised in leading legal directory The Legal 500 Asia Pacific as being ‘exceptionally strong’.
