Serial entrepreneur. My background is in investing and business, specifically, business strategy (product, operations, and sales) as well as business management. I apply my background in economics to every day decision making, especially in organizational strategy. I lead by example and try to inspire everyone I work with to never accept anything except excellence. If a mistake is ever to be made, it is best to make it at 100%. Learning from failure is essential to success. I believe that making a mistake is okay, as long as you learn from that mistake and almost never repeat it; I don't believe that it is okay to repeatedly make the same mistakes.I do strive to be the best possible version of myself every single day, but I do realize that it is nearly impossible for someone to perform at 100% all the time. I consider myself to be a natural born leader. Like I said, I lead by example. I believe that my motivation is infectious, meaning that other people see me working as hard as I possibly can for as long as I possibly can and they become inspired to put more effort into what they are doing. I do actively motivate people around me, and any team I am either leading or working on, with positive reinforcement. Although I do excel on my own, I like working in teams.As the saying goes, teamwork makes the dream work. I believe that I can accomplish a lot, but overall I think a lot more can be accomplished when working together in a team, especially if we are all firing on all cylinders. You could say I like the TEAM acronym cliché a lot. When I lead a team, I recognize each individual's strengths and weaknesses and put the right people in the right positions so they can do their best jobs possible. I never micromanage because nothing good comes from it. I do check in with people and make sure they are on the right track, and if someone needs help, I help where I can. I don't take other people's credit and always give other people credit when credit is due.To say that I am highly motivated is an understatement; whenever I'm not sleeping, I'm either working on or doing something productive 99% of the time (I rarely watch TV). I do understand that there needs to be balance, so I do take breaks, relax, go on vacations, and have a social life.
