After graduating from Arizona State University with a B.S. in marketing and minor in Chinese language, I attended the U.S. State Department's Flagship Program which led me to study at Qinghua University in Beijing, as well as Nanjing University in Nanjing. At these universities, I gained mastery in the areas of Chinese verbal and written communication, as well as attended classes as a regular college student in ancient and modern Chinese history. In my youth, I heard from several individuals that Chinese would be a great business language in the future. Therefore, I decided to study the language and it just so happens that I really took to it.I always had the desire of faceting my language ability to some aspect of business. I, thus, gained experience in the EB-5 immigration investment industry in Shanghai, China working with regional centers and brokers throughout the country where I gained priceless on-the-ground knowledge of Chinese culture and business etiquette. Upon returning to Phoenix, I continued my career in investments by attaining my real estate license. I started my career as an agent at Dominic & Co, where I then switched to the RE/MAX global brand. RE/MAX had a more internationally expansive reach which best suited my domestic and foreign clients.After starting a team in Phoenix/Scottsdale called the Gray Group (www.GrayGroup.com), I expanded my business to the greater Los Angeles area. I decided to be right in the epicenter of the west side of LA, at Keller Williams Beverly Hills. This expansion not only allows myself and my team to better promote listings locally, nationally, but also internationally, but it also allows my clients to have access to investment opportunities otherwise unknown in both states.
