Current• Strategically manage marketing operations, technology stack, strategy, and architecture to support pipeline growth and optimize lifecycle processes, automation, reporting, and analytics.• Drive marketing campaign execution across Marketo and Salesforce platforms, overseeing email delivery, list segmentation, contact workflows, and data management within SFDC.• Define and implement a robust marketing ROI approach while creating dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness across various channels.• Assist in CRM strategy and B2B customer lifecycle management, executing integrated customer communications and identifying opportunities for data source improvements.• Establish scalable procedures, promote technological adoption, and provide training to enhance marketing and sales procedures.• Oversee change management in SFDC, including technical aspects, and procedural updates, while tracking and optimizing marketing initiative performance.• Facilitate marketing team enablement, collaborate on reporting infrastructure optimization, and ensure smooth operational processes within the marketing and revenue technology stack.
