As a Building manager for the UWF Recreation Services, I manage a 160,000 square foot facility and a 16-acre intramural sports facility. On a shift I supervise a staff between 20-100 employees at one time, and up to 1,000 patrons. I also execute emergency procedures including first-aid and evacuation of building. Coordinate daily tasks of equipment setup and takedown, cleaning, scheduling, and purchases. Train and encouraged goal setting and achievements of staff.
