Technical Recruiter, Sourcing ∙ Nordstrom • Technical Sourcer aligned with two Recruiters to help support both our Supply Chain Technology and Inventory Technology organizations. • Consistently hit or exceed our team goals in relation to weekly candidate submittals, monthly offers, and diversity sourcing efforts.• Attend intake calls with hiring managers as well as bi-weekly meetings with the business and Recruiters. • Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Indeed, NSBE, etc. • Attend multiple recruiting events such as Grace Hopper and SourceCon, and knowledge share among the team. • Help with the onboarding of new hires through tool trainings, support meetings, candidate screen shadowing sessions, etc. Corporate Recruiter, Nordstrom Merchandising Group ∙ Nordstrom • Part of a team of two recruiters for our Nordstrom Merchandising Group (NGM) organization supporting roles such as Buyers, Buy Planners, Allocators, Forecasters, Merchandise Analysts, and more. • Managed full life cycle recruiting responsibilities from creating requisitions, attending intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing active and passive candidates, managing candidate activity and pipelines, facilitating candidate debriefs, and creating, extending, and closing offers. • Owned the process for internal candidate movement including vetting applicants, partnering with hiring managers and our HRBP for offer decisions, as well as utilizing internal tools to begin the transfer process.

• Vet prospective candidates (active, passive, employee referrals, and networking leads) and determined role fit through resume reviews, recruiter phone screens, and assigning assessments. • Managed candidates through the use of our CRM and Excel trackers.• Owned our team initiative to fill 80 Account Executive reqs in a two month span. Hitting 187% of my goal for the quarter (Q4 2018).• Led sourcing efforts for all of Amazon Advertising’s Account Executive roles; and contributed to many other advertising requisitions.• Conducted on-site interview preparation calls and facilitated interview debriefs.• Maintained relationships with my businesses through weekly pipeline updates, intake meetings, touch bases, and consistent communication with hiring managers and their teams.• Successfully managed, tracked, and prioritized requisitions and candidate pipelines to fill reqs in a timely manner while simultaneously meeting all candidate SLAs.

• Fulfilled the responsibilities of a Recruiting Coordinator and sourcer for a team of 2 (Client Lead and myself) tasked with the initiative of consolidating and streamlining the hiring of Brand Specialists across all North America retail categories. • Sourced both active and passive candidates, often bringing in over 50 candidates on-site each month for group hiring events. • Coordinated my team’s bi-monthly events by reserving rooms, arranging candidate travel, ordering catering services, preparing documents, scheduling, etc. • Full Life Cycle recruiting from sourcing and outreach emails to extending offers and closing candidates. • Also sourced and sent assessments for Vendor Specialist roles for Blitz style interviews.

• Managed a number of closing stores in the New York area.• Opened and closed the store, developed daily schedules, oversaw payroll, delegated tasks, and solved customer concerns.• Worked closely with the men’s department manager in various aspects of retail including merchandising, sales, customer service, store operations, associate training and hiring as a men’s department senior team leader.

• Developed and filmed informational video segments on a local solar panel company, Itek Energy, for use in local television programming.• Organized and conducted multiple interviews with managers and employees of both Itek Energy and their installers. • Tasked with filming, scouting, sound, lighting, camera operating, and video editing using Final Cut Pro X.
