I served as manager and lead for the Mobile Experts pillar. My role included supporting my team's professional growth, evaluating their performance, and ensuring that we're making the correct technical and product decisions from the perspective of a mobile engineer using our product. In addition, I worked with other pillar leads to maintain and improve the culture of all engineering teams as well as set product vision for the R&D department. I was also actively engaged in cost reduction strategies as well as reinvigorating the partner program. I had the great pleasure of learning how to maintain and govern a large open source codebase.
