My responsibilities included onboarding and training, quality control, logistics, inventory, guest experience, and leadership development. I helped the restaurant set and achieve long-term goals related to guest experience and sales performance. I have also trained six leaders in various responsibilities of managing the restaurant and its team members. As I oversaw food safety and quality, Chick-fil-A Wolfcreek reached the top tier of safety ratings chain-wide in 2019.

I coached new and advanced students in policy debate and prepared them for competition on the regional and national level. This involved leading weekly meetings and serving with a team of coaches for two weeklong intensive debate camps. During these years, a record number of students advanced to regional and national championships.
