Food Waste Reductions Coordinator

I provided consultation services assisting organizations in the exploration of, establishment of, and operation of food waste composting programs. I am experienced with K-12, University, Corporate, Restaurant, Manufacturing, Municipal, Neighborhood/Community, and Office composting situations and their associated limitations and requirements. I assisted in the ideation, creation of materials for, rollout, and support of novel community composting models at schools, restaurants, and town centers in Oxford, Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo, Ohio. I performed all aspects of customer interface for Go Zero Services, LLC, a startup providing composting services in central and western Ohio, handling the scoping of services required by customers, post-sale accession of accounts, overseeing contract performance, invoicing, and customer relations. I represented Go Zero Services, LLC, at public events and festivals to provide service for and educate the public about food waste reduction, and coordinated with event managers to introduce composting into Zero Waste curricula. I created internal systems to collect detailed on-site service metrics to be comprehensively shared with clientele using Google Sheets for transparent reporting purposes. I provided oversight and direction of collections vehicle routing through weekly meetings with drivers and use of the associated service software. Participated in the development of the Central Ohio Food Waste Initiative's Action plan, and presented on urban and commercial composting at Cincinnati's Master Composter Series.
