The restructure of the business moved my role from Operations Support (Energy & Resources) to Support Administrator for the Origin Project (Oil & Gas). I provide administration support for 3 sites, 6 teams, Project Manager and the Technical Support team. During the integration phase I supported:Rebranding project, which included; coordination of uniform and merchandise roll-out, signage and documentation integration.Duties:●Arranging travel bookings and rostering●Administration of Operations systems such as MEX and IVMS●Client Reports - This task involved collating data from the project and meeting set timeframes●Responsible for Data Entry into Project Registers●Coordinating Client Inductions for New Starters and Contractors●Coordinating driver training to ensure safe driver practices are maintained on site●Receiving resident feedback and follow up with Village Manager/ Client representative for collation●Responsible for creating Capability Statements of completed works on site for Client Record●Creating Purchase Orders●Recording, matching, checking and batching of accounts, invoices, orders and store requisitions●Coding and allocation of cost centers on invoices●Recruitment - creating and submitting employee contracts●Labour Hire - organising relief coverage on site●Ordering uniforms for new starters●Ensuring the training matrix is up to date●Maintaining and creating site files and record systems in accordance with company guidelines●Minute Taking - This tasks involved me sitting in on team and client meetings●Comms to site (Memo’s, emails, posters etc.)●Ensure org charts are updated
