As an Airframes Mechanic for the UH/AH-1 platforms i would Inspect, Maintain, and repair key helicopter Airframe systems. Such systems would include hydraulic power systems, flight control systems, transparent plastic and window assemblies, fuselage and tail boom structure, composite repair, and use precision measuring equipment. As a hazardous materials handler and first responder I would collect all the appropriate hazardous material and correct paperwork to properly dispose of said hazardous materials on a large scale. While a first responder it was my duty to always be on call to direct clean up operations whenever there was an incident involving a hazardous substance. Moreover I was in charge of ensuring all hazardous waste collection sites would meet the appropriate standards by conducting monthly site inspections for 15 collection sites.
