Staff accountant on a book of about 20 firms where I assist clients with their accounting needs, such as tax returns, month-end closures, and budgeting. I also prepare and review financial statements and monthly managerial reports.

Oversee and help manage a staff of 18 people. Lead and assist staff in the completion of daily tasks required for opening and closing. Ensure customer satisfaction on every order and manage any complaints from customers and providing them with solutions.

Serve as coordinator of the Interfraternity Council’s financial records and any special funds affiliated with the Council. Prepare and submit a yearly budget by the fourth Interfraternity Council Meeting of Fall Semester to the Interfraternity Council Executive Board and the Greek Advisor. Approve final funding allocations. Responsible for reporting any transactions made with Interfraternity Council funds. Provide weekly updates on status of Interfraternity Council funds.

Managed the planning and organization of Greek Week. Attend weekly meetings, collaborating with other council chairs on prevalent Greek issues at Otterbein University. Planning responsibilities include, communicating with supervisors and representatives through email, reserving spaces, planning events and times, finding volunteers, establishing a budget, and running all events during the week of.

Responsible for leading and motivating 27 members of the Fraternity to achieve the goals of our organization. Supervise an executive board of 10 members to ensure key performance indicators of the Fraternity were met. Represent the organization to the campus community and various senior-level University staff members. Serve as the primary responder for crisis management within the Fraternity.

Collaborated with executives and chairs in assisting in the completion of their roles. Led professional development workshops with members to provide resources on career development and networking. Organized and planned monthly brotherhood events for 30 members to increase member satisfaction and retention.

Assisted senior advisors in calling and mailing clients to schedule annual reviews. Sat in on senior advisors’ meetings with clients and employees of the state of Ohio, answering questions about their pensions and discussing financial goals for future and creating sources of future income for themselves and loved ones.

Managed the social media brand for the Chapter. Documented minutes at chapter meetings using Microsoft Word. Managed the member point system using Microsoft Excel and maintained and organized all other important documentation using Microsoft OneDrive.

Responsible for weekly email blasts to parents of students. Using Microsoft Excel, organized the name, address, parent contact information, release forms, and assured payment was received for a week trip to Florida. Assisted in the redesigned and planned the flow of service for the following year of student ministry.
