• Working with landowners, tenants, engineers, and contractors to layout and design oil & gas well locations including the drilling pads, lease roads, tank batteries, electrical lines, and production flow lines in my area over Martin & Howard County, TX.• Ensuring all legal surface requirements have been met before construction begins on oil & gas well locations.• Working with geologists and engineers to find the best positioning for horizontal well lanes.• Pre-surveying and finding locations for horizontal well locations including working with landowners in attempts to secure off-lease drilling rights through the appropriate easements and right-of-ways.• Securing legal right-of-ways for roads, electrical lines, and salt water disposal pipelines.• Negotiating with landowners and agents regarding surface damage payments and surface use agreements.• Accompanying the surveyor while staking new well locations and, if needed, moving the staked location to keep it free from existing obstructions and pipelines.• Locating water sources and securing temporary water line routes for drilling and completion water.• Working with landowners, agents, and tenants to help resolve any issues that may arise during the drilling and completion process.

Assist in business and marketing decisions as well as developing all creative aspects ofthe company, including: Assisting in decisions on where and how to promote the product,setting up promotional events, assisting in cost analysis and price setting, monitoringsales, designing and developing the company’s public image including logo design,textbook design, website design and maintenance, and advertisement design for print andweb.

Main responsibility was to get football recruits on the phone, interview them, and writeand submit three articles a week for online publication. Occasionally, I would transcriberadio interviews, perform research, and design advertisements for use on the web.
