I am working with two other Research Assistants to create a digital post-conference assessment report for the second annual American Economics Association's Committee on the Status of LGBTQ+ Individuals in the Economics Profession’s Queer PhD Student Mentoring Conference. We are using both quantitative and qualitative data on what the conference did well and what can be improved to create two reports: a full-length version for the purpose of renewing funding from the American Economics Association and a second, shorter version of the report for presentation to the general public.
