I manage the design and implementation of information systems that help the enterprise infrastructure of their organization. I worked mainly as an IT Technician and a very successful problem solver. I spent time managing servers and working with enterprise level software for maintaining a 300+ user network. I also spent a lot of time working individually with employees to help solve their specific computer issues, while also providing solutions to optimize their workflow.
