I love growth. It’s really that simple. Understanding what influences buyer decisions, sharing customer stories, driving demand, and building enduring brands fires me up. Most recently, I worked closely with the Spiffy co-founders to scale the brand from a $1M ARR to a $70M ARR, while proudly spending less than 1% of revenues on digital advertising. We introduced multiple new B2B and B2C automotive products and services, and launched Digital Servicing, an offering with the potential to transform the automotive services industry. My career before Spiffy included a role in brand management at Johnson & Johnson, where I learned to create impactful integrated marketing campaigns and managed a $14M annual marketing budget. I also embarked on my first entrepreneurial venture with MBA in the USA during the rise of digital marketing and online content creation. At RW3 CultureWizard, I had the unique opportunity to not only build consultative SaaS sales experience, but also train thousands of global executives in building high-performing teams, an experience that shapes my approach to leadership and team development to this day.I hold an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flager Business School and a BS in Business from Wake Forest University. When I’m not in work mode, I can usually be found practicing yoga, hiking, or playing video games with my husband and son in Durham, NC.
