As a child I always loved technology and working with computers. I built my first computer when I was a sophomore in high school. Since then I've built two more of my own and helped others build their firsts. I ended up going to school and working towards a computer support specialist degree because I figured it'd be a way to use my interest in technology to help people solve their problems.My time at WCTC as well as my previous experiences have helped to develop and hone my skills including:-Strong communication skills excelling in relating information to others -Hands on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance with desktops and laptops -Up-to-date training with the latest version of Microsoft Server and active directory -Intimate working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
