I graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Business and a minor in Investing. While at LSU, I found out I had a natural ability to understand complex financial ideas and teach others. After school, I was not quite ready to sit behind a desk. Instead, I backpacked along the Rocky Mountains and worked on an elk hunting ranch for a season before moving to Austin to work for Kestra. While in Austin, I attended night classes at the University of Texas to sit for the CFP® test.
