I began working in commercial real estate in 1986 with the Griffin Company in Atlanta, GA. as a leasing and sales agent. Later moved to Wilmington, NC in 1991 to be closer to my parents and my hometown of Whiteville, NC. Worked with Maus Warwick Matthews & Co. for one and a half years as an agent before joining Landmark Commercial, Inc. in 1993.At Landmark Commercial I handled all phases of property ownership including property management, leasing, sales, asset purchase analysis, and development. We held a very diverse portfolio with properties types of office, industrial, warehousing, flex space, retail and medical. We were also involved in land development and lot sales. While at Landmark Commercial, I assisted with the initial commercial development of Magnolia Greens and Waterford, as well as Murrayville Station. With the creation of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners, LLC in 2005, I joined as a partner. My role within the company is Managing Partner. Coldwell Banker Commercial also has a division of Property Management, overseeing properties in North and South Carolina. Our sales team has diverse specialties, dealing in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and assessments.
