I'm a Retail student at south Carolina with a background in customer service jobs. Working as a bartender, I learned how to keep customer retention and satisfaction by catering to all of my patrons needs by being a tentative, confident conversationalist who will make customers want to come back for the service along with the establishment. I also was behind designing and distributing fraternity organization shirts for over 150+ people.
