This involved the creation of an updated end-to-end cost model, introducing revised operational metrics to track operational performance and profitability, and a period as the interim Planning and Statistics Manager.• 8 month GDPR contract at Monmouthshire Building Society mapping the end-to-end mortgage and savings processes, producing the personal data processing registers, assisting with the creation of the privacy notices, assisting with the development of GDPR compliant procedures and developing an issue resolution plan to achieve full compliance• Delivered a 4 month contracting project supporting a major financial sector client’s transformation project converting a team of 3,500 self-employed agents to an employed team of 2,500• 2 year contracting engagement with Barclays as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager supporting a major PPI Remediation Programme• 2 year contracting engagement with Barclays as a Continuous Improvement Manager improving the processing of PPI claims (both claims referred to the FOS and initial claims handling)• 2 year improvement programme within Marks and Spencer’s ready meals supply chain• Multi-year improvement programme within Mangar International focussing on improving their internal processes
