My career is a patchwork of rich and diverse experiences that range from Psychology to Art, Music and Education. Sometimes people come to me for relief, others come to me me for success. Ultimately I help people (and companies, which are made of people) figure out a way out or a way in their personal lives and overcome their challenges through my work as a psychologist, a consultant and certified coach. I'm especially drawn to building programs on recruitment, psychological safety, mental health, emotional intelligence and communication. I operate globally. Helplessly passionate about humanity, I value empathy and vulnerability in the workplace. You may reach me in Portuguese, English, and (a fair understanding of) Spanish, French, and Arabic. Despite my enthusiasm for life and love of people, I approach life with a healthy dose of the controversial philosophical pessimism.
