Maria Graça Pedretti has worked on many large project finance transactions, representing various foreign governmental agencies and multilateral financing organizations, in areas such as manufacturing facilities, power plants, transmission lines and mortgage backed securities. She has also performed services for debt restructuring, securitization and leasing transactions, as well as the structuring and implementation of diverse financing arrangements.Ms Pedretti has provided legal assistance to Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), Inter-American Development Bank, Banca Intesa, Banco Fator, Deere Credit, Asta Funding, among others.Maria Graça Pedretti has authored several articles, including: “Stock and Quotas Pledges” published in the Project Finance Magazine (England), “Brazil – Real Estate Financing System” published in the Inter-American Trade Report (USA) and “Securitization of real estate Receivables – Secondary Market Estate Receivables” published in the Gazeta Mercantil (Brazil).
