• Manage Ten's internal production department of 40+ staff located in Brisbane, Sydney/Adelaide and Melbourne. • Executive Produce Ten's multi-million dollar production slate of children's and documentary programs• Network Executive on several externally produced animations and dramas• Designing, developing and implementing creative solutions to attract audiences to each program• Creating new concepts by monitoring worldwide trends, building relationships with potential stakeholders and leading internal development teams. • Developing business plans (to ensure programs achieved the targeted return on investment) and style guide (to correlate the current trends in youth entertainment) for each production. • Creating programs to meet resource constraints ensuring the optimum usage of personnel, physical and budgetary resources. • Developing, designing and implementing marketing strategies including web, print and social media to significantly increase positive outcomes through securing new audiences• Cultivating complex business partnerships whilst simultaneously growing existing relationships predominantly within media outlets, sponsors, production partners and local state and federal government agencies.• Managing all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment and succession planning, training and development, managing disputes and personal grievances and change and performance management• Achievements include program creation of award winning programs 'Outback 8' (Ten/CBBC co-production), 'Scope' (Japan Prize - Best Educational program & Prix Jeunesse finalist) and 'Totally Footy', and negotiating the exclusive rights on several documentaries including 'Delivering the Pandas' (Chinese/Australian production).
