Giles began his life in the agricultural and rural landscape, pursuing an education at Reaseheath agricultural college, studying Agricultural Engineering, upon leaving college, he went on to create and implement businesses in sales and marketing, building up a wealth of knowledge and skills in customer relations and business start-ups. However Giles's lifelong ambition was has had a lifelong ambition in properties, beginning his portfolio of properties at the age of 21 years old. Giles became an adviser for local estate agents in 2005, creating his own business GRD Financial Services in 2009. Giles has built a small professional team who support his daily work, and help build the company.
