• Responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of VOIP phones.• Responding to breakdowns.• Ensure functionality of ICTs, systems and related gadgets in the office.• Troubleshooting of computer hardware, software and also printers.• Installation and configuration of CCTV camera at the organization.• Ensure there is always internet connectivity.
