Responsible for managing the entire scope of projects, ensuring their delivery within the budget, on time and to the highest standards. Also in charge of building effective channels of communication with stakeholders, internal and external development teams. Duties— Effective communication with stakeholders, clarifying and prioritizing their requirements.— Development and improvement of online-shops and their mobile applications for iOS & Android. The budget for projects was $40-60 000/monthly in total. Minimum project length was 5 months.— Integration with external services and development of own ones.— Managing internal and external development teams (from 20 to 25 developers, from 6 to 10 QA and 1 UX/UI designer): planning and setting the tasks for developers, leading and controlling processes, working with feedbacks, including stakeholders and customers ones.— Managing project budget, timelines and resources, negotiating project changes.— Risk management planning and identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, risk monitoring and controlling.— Producing and maintaining projects documentations: technical tasks, use cases, test cases, user manuals, supports.— Human resource management: identifying roles and responsibilities of developers in projects, improving communication within the team and the hiring staff.Achievements— Successful transformation of the company from an online-store to a multichannel marketplace.— The offline revenue increased by 26%, owing to the ROPO effect.— Redesign of the online store, the conversion was up by 17%.— Development of a mobile version of the online store, the mobile user conversion increased by 143%.— Integration with ERP — up-to-the-minute availability and price.— Auto testing of the online store's primary functionality.— Development of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
