*The contract for this position ended due to the closure of the company.- Supervised the operations of 82+ local communities and 6 digital tech communities, fostering engagement and growth.- Facilitated the active participation of approximately 360,000 members worldwide, spanning across 140+ countries.-Supported the implementation of diverse programs directed to our global membership, including initiatives such as coding challenges, career navigation conferences, mentorship programs, digital events, and sponsored events.- Supported Spanish operations by enhancing Spanish-language content, providing support to our LATAM communities, and overseeing the translation of information to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for Spanish-speaking members.- Streamlined community operations by leveraging innovative tools and strategies, ensuring seamless execution of digital events, conferences, and communication channels. Proactively managed volunteer inquiries, streamlined request processes, and automated internal workflows, driving efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Oversaw the development and progression of the 6 Technical Tracks within Women Who Code: Blockchain (later updated to Emerging Technologies), Cloud, Data Science, Front End, Mobile, and Python, ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives and industry trends.- Directed a team of 6 part-time leadership fellows, serving as the driving force behind their success in leading each community. Managed three 1-year cohorts of Fellows, overseeing all aspects from recruitment, selection, and onboarding to task delegation and daily support. Each cohort comprised a diverse cohort of tech professionals, representing various regions worldwide.
