As a mental health & wellness coach my goal is to draw on principles and practices from evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), along with other modalities such as non-violence communications, and other common techniques to help clients manage emotions, challenge negative thinking patterns, improve relationship skills, and reduce stress and anxiety — all of which bolsters mental health.I want to help clients see themselves in new ways and open up new avenues for transformation. As a coach, I want to provide a fresh perspective to help my clients reframe their thinking and address problems more effectively.Clients will have the opportunity to leave a coaching session with establishing a personal practice to complete before their next session.
