With them, I have helped plan and implement unique installations of PT systems as well as repairs and retrofit. I bring my real-world experience to owners, designers and contractors and to be a resource for higher quality and more efficiently constructed projects. I have practical knowledge of hydraulic equipment design and controls. I design, manufacture, modifiy and repair custom equipment for more efficient and safer work.

Including, pushers, power units, manual and remote controls, push cans, endo cans and electronic length and tendon batch counters• Design and supply of automated tendon pre-fabrication lines for segmental bridge projects and strand tendon tie-back suppliers.• Assistance with tendon installation in undersized or damaged ducts• In-place friction testing for multistrand tendon elongation calculations• Assistance with removing partially grouted tendons• Multistrand tendon anchor AASHTO testing with in-house #1300 ton hydraulic press • Stressing equipment calibration• Assistance with preparation and evaluation of field stressing data sheets• Vacuum grouting equipment supply and field assistance. • Consultation with design and contractor engineers to improve quality and constructability• Unbonded tendon repair, replacement and retrofit.

This is included installation of over 4000 tons of post-tensioning in 23 pontoons up to 360' long. Helped plan and manage the installation of external tendons for joining pontoons in the water and cast-in-place segmental balanced cantilever structures. -
