Working for Give as you Live my initial role was managing the customer service of the business, after a short time I moved into an Account Manager role. Key aspects of the roles included:• To provide exception customer service to all customers and business partners• Responsible for all incoming queries via phone, email and live chat• Utilise Zendesk, CRM and other internal and external admin systems to ensure user accounts are up to date• Troubleshoot any problems with our product and liaise with other teams to provide a resolution• Manage the administrative onboarding of all new business partner accounts• Support the sales team and wider business with administration, projects and partnerships• Build and develop strong partnerships with our business partners• Manage business partner campaign activity, engagement and drive sales activity• Present to individuals and groups at meetings, networking events and conferences• Take part in UX/UI meetings to create ways to develop the business and increase our offering• Be a champion of our fundraising products and how the service assists the industry
