With my marketing expertise I was able to expand the product I created into store sales, as well as selling on a website that I designed and launched. As this product was taking off my husband was diagnosed with an agressive form of lymphoma. At this point I made a decision to close the culinary business and focus on the care of my children and husband. He fought a valiant fight for 2-1/2 years but ultimately lost. It was this journey through a medical crisis that sparked my desire to work in a caring field. I started with home care and then moved on to working with families and patients in need of hospice. As a hospice professional I was exposed to the wonderful world of Trella and the dynamic data analytics, which I utilized to identify quality improvement opportunities in relation to my referral sources. My passion applying this data to hospice care led to my current role with Trella as a Customer Success Manager. I am thrilled to bring my experience and understanding of how to apply Trella Data to business development and quality control needs to others.
