1. Liaison with different hiring managers in experienced Recruiting activities - screen resumes, interview and make recommendation for offer.2. Drive and facilitate the review and analysis of talent needs and come out with concrete recruiting strategies and annual recruiting plan according to business strategies3.Analyze talent market and come out with Market Intelligence Analysis report and Talent Mapping solution to the business;4. Campus relationship build up and complete the cooperation between school and company project.5. Database management (job portal, recruiting data, report)6. Sourcing Channel management (website, labor agency, headhunter)7. Hiring Project support (drive the project, tracking the progress to achieve hiring objective)8. Staffing related policy & process review and update.9. Recruiting tools and system/E-JD/JD maintenance.10. Other recruiting work assigned by manager.

Staff Recruitment 1. According to the job requirements which communication with line managers to complete and improve position description regularly, workforce planning, Biz recruiting strategy and budgeting, etc.2. In charge of the recruitment process effectively for different dept., including the personal requisition system approval confirmation and follow, Job post , CV screening, phone interview, F2F interview, reference check, assist offer negotiation, new staffs onboarding and follow up plan after on board with 2 months.3. Internal Referral Process Improvement, conduction and promotion.4. Complete the monthly reports which including the attrition rate, probation pass rate, monthly hourly and salary HC report etc. Make sure the accuracy of report send out.5. Effective management of consultant service company and performance supervision.6. Lead the campus visit program, maintain and broaden the relationship with related colleagues to ensure reputation and attraction to the students.7. Setup the talent pool database. 8. Broaden the operator channels, Meet the employees need in manufacture department staff especially during the Spring Festival period.
