Hello, my name is Donna Sinclair, US Army veteran and founder of Greenbrier Web Design.In 1994 the search for my biological family brought me to the internet for research. At that time there were not many sites offering help or advice, so I decided it was time to help change that. During my years at The University of Maine I took a lot of computer classes and became proficient in writing code for different computer languages. In 1994 html editors were just beginning to emerge, and were not very user friendly, writing html code was necessary to create a custom web site, so I learned.In 1995, after creating a few adoption search sites, one specifically for Canadians, I started receiving requests for wed site development as well as graphic design. Out of those requests Greenbrier Web Design was born. I take great pride knowing I have helped many make their presence on the web known, from non profit organizations and small business start-ups to established businesses and artists.From GWD’s humble beginnings it has grown into a cutting edge web development company using the latest techniques and technology to bring your company or non profit the customized design needed in todays market.
