As the VP of Global Cyber and Information Security Training, Awareness, and Culture at Credit Suisse, I lead a team of professionals who are passionate about empowering and educating our employees on how to protect themselves and our clients from cyber threats. I have over 10 years of experience in human resources, learning and development, and communications, with a focus on cyber security and information security since 2018.My mission is to create a cybersecurity culture that fosters trust, collaboration, and innovation across the organization. I design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, awareness campaigns, and metrics to measure and improve our cyber security posture. I also partner with senior leaders, business units, and external stakeholders to align our cybersecurity strategy with our business objectives and regulatory requirements. I am SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) certified and have an MBA in International Business. I have a keen interest in learning about different cultures and business operations.
