Since graduating from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) In 2015, I have had an insightful experience working with extremely talented people in multiple industries. Starting from Merchant Processing through Non-Profit to SaaS and Private Equity, I am an experienced and results-driven Customer Success Manager with a solid history of building up enterprise relationships and trust while driving platform value for established customers.At LogicMonitor, we help break down traditional monitoring silos by providing a SaaS-based agent-less hybrid observability platform powered by AI. We help ITOps, CloudOps, DevOps, MSPs, and Business Leaders gain seamless operational visibility into infrastructure, networks, clouds, containers, and applications. Focus less on troubleshooting and more on innovation with LM Envision and our newly minted AI Platform, Edwin AI.On a more personal note, I am a fan of quite a few things: video games, music (currently in a metal phase \m/ ), my dog Waffles, and don’t get me started on my favorite burger spots in Austin. At the end of the day, I’m passionate about what I do and I do it to provide for my family and quality of life. I am aspiring to always be growing within my role and would like to be a leader in the CS field one day.
