As a Staff Attorney at Fair and Just Prosecution, I specialize in providing technical assistance to a national network of forward-thinking prosecutors, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to advance meaningful criminal legal reform. My work involves creating and delivering in-depth policy resources that address pressing challenges in the criminal legal space, facilitating collaborations between prosecutorial offices and researchers to drive evidence-based solutions, and leading the development of innovative approaches to combat systemic issues such as racial inequity and mass incarceration. I engage directly with prosecutors to tailor strategies to their unique communities, ensuring reforms are both practical and impactful while fostering partnerships that amplify the reach and effectiveness of these efforts nationwide.

As part of FJP’s mission to support reform minded elected prosecutors and their staff, I work collaboratively to produce written materials, organize site visits and DA convenings, interview with subject matter experts, and support other learning opportunities and partnerships aimed at promoting new thinking in prosecutor offices.
