I’m a project manager with over 10 years of experience in both construction and environmental work and campaigns. I have worked on integrated campaigns for major clients such as The University of Leeds, Bre, Smart Waste.Until recently, I was a project manager for Ayles Construction, a company focused on green driven construction for the building industry. In this role I was focused on overseeing the day to day projects as well as implementing good practice of waste management across all of our sites, although I have done extensive work in the past to help reduce waste in the construction industry. Successes included creating an online marketplace where construction companies no matter how big or small can now compete for high end products at a lower rate due to recycling, that being www.SiteSurplus.co.ukColleagues know me as a highly creative individual who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
