Responsible for the day to day running of FlowCentric Technologies (Pty) Ltd as well as the development and QA teams. Lead a team of between 1-3 QA staff, 6 developers and a technical writer.

Responsible for the Technologies forum content and on-going content updates, as well as the company’s website around content and updates, and all aspects of the product that are client facing. Managing change requests for an Australian client as well as the on-going support of said system. Responsible for support as well as QA of the product before it’s publically released.

This position was created as the organisation evolved and the need for project managers to oversee the junior solution architects arouse. This was more management and coordination as well as to assist the junior solutions architects to fit into the methods and way of customising the solutions; as well as how to approach and develop the various integration and add-ons that were required. First line support, troubleshooting and resolution were an integral part of the Job.
