Long service leave replacement. I developed an excel forecasting model to streamiline forecasting and budgeting in an educational enviroment. The model used of class sizes, student fees, government funding, educator wages to produce a monthly budget which could be used at the most basic level or dissected by course or course type. This made preparing the budget and examining the variances more transparent and many times more efficient than the previous methods.My first exposure to MS Sharepoint, I developed a purchase order system as a proof of concept which has been implemented with minor changes after a period of testing.

A Maternity Leave replacement contract. I implemented a process to upload invoice data from VetTrack client management software to Attache financial software, previously had been manually entered.I streamlined an invoicing check process with excel formulas and vba macros which reduced the time taken for the task from more than half a day down to just over an hour and removed the opportunity for errors.I streamlined the process to enter information from the payroll system to the financial system with excel and vba macros. The task reduced from over 4 hours to just over an hour and removed most human input from the process.I have streamlined numerous other processes though excel or with underutilised existing systems.
