Green Impact is a Bay Area communications consultancy that supports nonprofits, universities, and businesses ready to reframe, design, fund, or promote their green initiatives. We are experts in climate resiliency, sustainability, ecosystem protection, employee engagement, and urban greening. Services provided include strategy, communications, grant writing, and employee engagement. Results delivered include:• Raised awareness of the link between climate change and health for UCSF and inspired energy reductions in labs.• Raised over $10M for land conservation and green infrastructure projects.• Developed an engagement campaign for Mattel that increased climate action at over 16 American Girl stores.• Supported EcoAmerica launch MomentUS, a new cross-sector climate action initiative.• Played a critical role in the design and implementation of the California Environmental Dialogue, a series of successful stakeholder dialogues that brought corporate leaders, from businesses such as Bank of America, Disney, Chevron, Hewlett Packard and PG&E, together with governmental and nonprofit leaders. • A key player in the design and launch of the Institute at the Golden Gate—a public-private partnership between the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, the National Parks Service and Cavallo Point.• Managed a climate action campaign for the County of Ventura; produced a video and created a new website hub to promote climate action for employees, businesses, and the community.• Supported the Sonoma Land Trust in acquiring strategic properties within the Sonoma Baylands and crafted successful, complex grant proposals to the Moore Foundation, Wildlife Conservation Board, and Coastal Conservancy.• Launched the City and County of San Francisco’s green computer purchasing program.
