My extensive project management experience and business development skills are applied in two unrelated areas; a raw materials export business and property development. The raw materials business purchases coltran, gold, diamonds and hardwood from verified suppliers in Sierra Leone and exports it to UAE, China and Europe where we have multiple buyers. The diamond business purchases rough diamonds from artisan miners in Sierra Leone, registers them for the Kimberley Certificate and exports them to Antwerp for cutting and sales.I have a number of property projects which are ready to fund in Cornwall and Northern Ireland! I'm always on the look out for partners to joint venture on my projects and funders who want to receive a good return on their investment.In the past I built an innovation process for identifying, developing and implementing new business ideas which has been used in the UK, Norway and Germany in both government and commercial sectors. I was also part of a team developing and implementing a project management methodology in an advanced manufacturing company. I led the the team who develop the strategic approach for the largest private company.
