A newly re- brand MAPS Production House, Equipment Rental and Events.2)255 NW Studio Operations Management ( Business partner – Starboard, LLC / Star Island Studios) 3)MAPS REALTY: Property Management Services for 200 Collins Avenue Apartments and Niclo, LLC220 Collins Avenue ApartmentsDuties included and are not limited to the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported cost effective financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally reporting standards.Principal Accountabilities: Management 1. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures and backups 2. Operations of the accounting department, including Treasury, Cash Management, Bank Deposits and Payroll3. HR : Accounting held Employees Files, Maps Handbook for Employees , Corporate Credit Card Policies and Employees Disciplinary Actions ( Write offs). Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package. 4. Oversee all departments, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures. Licenses renewal for software, upgrade, and purchasing approval and schedule payments.
